6 boned chicken breasts 2 pkgs. frozen broccoli 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup Mushrooms 6 oz. cheddar cheese Place broccoli in bottom of 13x9 baking dish. Place chicken on top of broccoli. Cover with undiluted mushroom soup and add mushrooms. Top with squares of cheddar cheese. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6. | |

My wife loved it. Easiest recipe I found for Chicken and Broccoli. Only change was a layer of raw onion rings between broccoli and chicken.Very good and simple. Only reason it does not get a 5 is it is only chicken and broccoli afterall.
