BROCCOLI-CHICKEN BAKE | |
2 lb. boneless chicken breast 2 pkgs. broccoli spears 1 can cream of chicken soup Defrost broccoli spears. Spray baking dish with Pam, layer broccoli spears in baking dish. Spread 1/2 can of soup on broccoli, top with chicken breast. Cover chicken with remaining 1/2 can of soup. Salt and pepper if desired. Cover with foil, bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more. |
