CREAMY CHICKEN & BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, cauliflower or asparagus
2 c. cut-up cooked chicken, turkey or ham
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
6 slices (3/4 oz. each) process American cheese
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. butter

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cook broccoli as directed on package; drain. Grease oblong baking dish, 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inches. Layer chicken and broccoli in dish. Mix soup and milk; pour over broccoli. Arrange cheese slices on soup mixture. Mix Bisquick and butter until crumbly; sprinkle over cheese. Bake until golden brown, 25-30 minutes. Garnish with tomato slices if desired. Makes 4-6 servings.
