CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI BAKE 
2 chicken breasts
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 c. milk

Cook chicken breasts and cut up into small pieces. Cook broccoli in salted water; drain. Heat soups and milk in large pot. Add chicken and mushrooms to soup.

In pot melt butter and 1 cup of hot water; blend in stuffing mix. Spread broccoli in 9 x 13 buttered Pyrex dish. Cover with soup mixture; top with stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
