SUPER ORANGE PARFAIT 
2 med. oranges
1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jello brand lemon flavor gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. orange juice
Ice cubes
3/4 c. thawed Birds Eye Cool Whip whipped topping
1/4 c. sour cream

Grate 1 teaspoon orange rind. Peel and section oranges; half sections and drain. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Combine juice and ice to make 1 1/4 cups. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice; add rind. Measure 1 1/4 cups; add half the orange pieces. Pour into dessert glasses; chill about 10 minutes. Blend whipped topping and sour cream into remaining gelatin; add remaining orange pieces. Spoon into glasses; chill about 30 minutes. Garnish. Makes 7 servings.
