PARFAIT PIE 
1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. cold water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 c. sliced strawberries
2-3 c. whipped topping (Cool Whip e.g.)
1 cooled pie shell, lady fingers or graham cracker crust
Few extra berries for garnish

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Stir in cold water. Break up ice cream in 6 pieces and stir into Jello until completely dissolved. Put in refrigerator until partially set, 20-30 minutes. Fold in fruit. Spoon into crust and refrigerate. Add topping when ready to serve. Garnish as desired.
