Lemon Jello
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 tsp. almond flavoring
3 c. peaches, chopped
1 baked pie crust

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Break up ice cream with fork and stir in Jello (let chill for 10 minutes). Mix in peaches and flavoring. Pour in pie crust and chill.
