PARFAIT PIE 
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
2 sliced bananas
16 graham crackers, crushed
1/4 c. white sugar
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix graham crackers, sugar and butter. Pat crumbs into pie pan, saving 1/2 cup for topping. Bake 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool.

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Spoon in the ice cream until it is melted. Put sliced bananas in bottom of crust. Pour ice cream mixture over bananas. Chill until firm. Top with remaining crumbs.
