CREME DE MENTHE PARFAIT | |
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened 1 pt. lime sherbet, softened 1 (4 1/2 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed 1/4 c. green creme de menthe Combine all ingredients in electric blender. Blend at medium speed until well mixed. Spoon into parfait glasses or muffin papers. Freeze 3 to 4 hours. Yield 6 to 8 servings. |
