FLOATING CLOUD PARFAITS | |
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Jello, any flavor 2 c. boiling water 1 c. cold water 2 c. vanilla ice cream (1 pt.) Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Measure out one cup of the Jello and add one cup of cold water to it. Chill until thickened. Now add ice cream to the remaining gelatin (the one that was left without the cold water added) and stir until ice cream melts and mixture thickens. Alternately spoon creamy and clear mixtures into individual dessert glasses. Chill until set. Makes 4 large or 8 small servings. |
