EMERALD PARFAIT 
1 (3 oz.) lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. sugar

Put all ingredients in the blender until mixed. Chill until partially thickened. Fold in 1 container of thawed Cool Whip. Garnish with mandarin oranges.
