EMERALD PARFAIT 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) orange Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
Mandarin oranges

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Combine softened cream cheese with sugar. Gradually add gelatin and mandarin juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in Cool Whip. Add mandarin oranges.
