RHUBARB CUSTARD CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (without pudding)
4 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 c. whipping cream

Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Cover batter with rhubarb; sprinkle with sugar. Pour cream over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Fruit and cream sink to the bottom making a custard. Best when served warm.
