Molasses Cake (Gingerbread)

I baked it at 350°F (because isn't just about everything baked at that temp.) and it was OK. I used a dark non-stick pan, so maybe the temp. should have been a little lower because the edges were starting to burn but the middle was fine. The inside was moist. The outside was a little sticky. My grandmother enjoyed it but it wasn't quite what I was looking for - a drier cake.

Baked at 180°C (350°F) as no temperature given in recipe, a little burnt on the edges so maybe should have chosen a lower temperature, quite a heavy cake but sure my husband will enjoy it.

I baked 2 molasses cake at 350°F. It turned out excellent. It was sure some tasty with whipped topping on top. I'm baking 2 more molasses cakes since the first 2 turned out fine and tasty.
