SUNSHINE PICKLE 
2 c. sugar
3 qt. ripe cucumbers
4 onions
2 red & 2 green peppers
2 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1 c. vinegar

Cut cucumbers in cubes. Put all in kettle, mix well. Cook 10 minutes, set aside until morning. Heat to boiling. Cook 5 minutes, then can.
