1 yellow cake mix, bake as directed in jelly roll pan 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 c. milk 1 instant vanilla pudding 1 lg. can crushed pineapple (drained) 1 lg. Cool Whip Flaked coconut Chopped nuts Mix instant pudding, 1 cream cheese, and milk together. Put on cooked cake followed by drained pineapple. Then top with Cool Whip. Cover with generous amounts of coconut and chopped nuts last. Make at least 24 hours in advance. Even better 2 days. Store in refrigerator. |
