4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. pumpkin

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs with sugar. Add oil. Sift and stir dry ingredients together. Add to egg mixture and heat thoroughly. Add pumpkin and mix. Pour into greased floured tube pan or 2 loaf pans. Bake 55 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes and then turn out on rack to cool.

ICING:

Mix:

3 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter, softened
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Add:

1 c. chopped pecans

Spread on cooled cake.
