ICE CREAM COOKIES 
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla or almond flavoring
1 c. sifted flour

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolk and flavoring. Mix. Add flour and mix. Drop by half teaspoonful on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 to 400 degrees until light brown around the edges.
