CARAMEL POPCORN BALLS 
3 gallons popped corn
1/2 c. dark Karo syrup
2 c. brown sugar
1/3 cube butter
1/4 c. cream (canned or fresh)

1/4 c. cream
1/3 c. white sugar

Boil to soft ball stage. Pour over corn and stir until corn is coated. Can be made into balls or left in chunks.
