HARVEST PUMPKIN BALL 
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 lb. vanilla caramels
4 qts. popped popcorn
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine water, pumpkin pie spice and salt in top of double boiler; mix well. Add caramels; melt over hot water, stirring often, until smooth. Pour mixture over popped corn in large bowl; toss until kernels are well coated. With lightly buttered hands, form into ball. Use green gumdrop to make stem.
