CARROT, APPLE & PINEAPPLE JELLO
SALAD
 
1 box (3 oz.) lemon Jello
1 1/4 c. hot water
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
3 grated carrots
2 grated apple, peeled

Mix together and put in square baking dish. Let stand in refrigerator overnight until firm.

Icing with the following: 2 tbsp. granulated sugar A little milk (consistency for icing) 1 tsp. vanilla

Refrigerate until serving.
