CARROT JELLO SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) box lemon Jello
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. crushed pineapple

Mix Jello as directed on package using pineapple juice as part of water. When cool, add carrots and pineapple. Pour into mold or dish. Place in refrigerator. Let congeal. Serves 8-10.
