ORANGE SHERBET SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (well drained)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip or 1 pkg. Dream Whip, prepared

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Let this cool. Add sherbet (a potato masher works well at this point). Fold in until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip and orange slices. Put in mold. Let set and serve.
