ORANGE SHERBET GELATIN SALAD | |
2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin 1 c. boiling water 1 pt. orange sherbet 1 c. heavy cream, whipped 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained & cut sm. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add sherbet and mix well. When partly set add orange and fold in whipped cream. Put in 1 1/2 quart mold or just a bowl and chill. Sets in 5 minutes. Serves 8. |
