ORANGE GELATIN SALAD WITH
TOPPING
 
2 pkg. orange gelatin (3 oz.)
1 1/3 c. boiling water
1 can frozen orange juice (6 oz.)
1 can crushed pineapple (8 oz.)
1 can mandarin oranges (11 oz.)
1 pkg. Dream Whip
1 sm. pkg. instant pineapple cream pudding (3 oz.)

Dissolve gelatin in water. Melt orange juice concentrate into gelatin. Add pineapple and oranges with juice from cans. Refrigerate for several hours until gelatin is firm. Prepare Dream Whip and instant pudding mix separately according to each package directions. Blend together; then spread over gelatin. This can also be used as a dessert.
