ITALIAN DELIGHT 
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
4 sprigs parsley, chopped (or dried parsley)
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 lb. ground beef
2 cans tomato soup
1 c. (or 1 can) mushrooms, sliced
1-2 tsp. salt
2 cans vacuum packed corn
1/4 lb. noodles
1 c. grated cheese

Cook noodles in water and drain. Saute green pepper, onion and parsley in oil. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat. Put in baking dish and add all remaining ingredients, saving some cheese to sprinkle over top. Bake in slow 325 degree oven for approximately 1 hour. Great dish for potluck suppers!
