CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
1 cup peanut butter
6 teaspoons. butter softened
2 cups confectioner's sugar
1 package of chocolate Candiquik

Soften 6 teaspoons of butter by placing in microwave (approximately 20 seconds). Mix 1 cup peanut butter, 2 cups confectioners sugar, and the softened butter in a bowl until a nice texture is formed. Spoon out mixture and roll into balls, place on wax-paper. Let stand about 10 minutes (I cooled mine in the refrigerator during this time).

Melt chocolate Candiquik according to package directions and dip the peanut butter balls in the CANDIQUIK with a spoon. Set on wax paper to dry.

These are delicious! I only made 15 out of this batch so I know I'm making then too big! lol Should I wet my hands before rolling them?

I love these, sure don't take kids long to finish these. I made at least 12 bowls though holidays. My mother adds wax to her chocolate but I don't. Still is as good as hers.

I also mix in graham cracker crumbs when I make them. For a different taste, use butterscotch chips and shortening to dip them in.

I made these as a Christmas treat for family and neighbors, and I got so many compliments on them! I dipped them in chocolate almond bark and then covered them in chocolate sprinkles. My only suggestion is... measure the butter out in tablespoons (2) instead of teaspoons. It would be a little silly to measure out 6 teaspoons when you can just cut two tablespoons off a cube of butter!

I'm not such a peanut butter fan but that was totally delish. I loved it! I am thankful for the internet because it helps you learn new stuff more than school does!!!

This is a totally delicious, creamy, rich, quick, and easy treat! I added 2 pinches of salt to the peanut butter blend and thought it was divine. If you do not wish to take the time to dip in chocolate, a quick roll in powered sugar with a (another) little bit of salt finishes them nicely. Or perhaps a roll in some powered cocoa as well, with or without a bit a little confectionery sugar, added to taste.
