2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar
1 c. raisins
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. oil
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (21 oz.) can Comstock apple pie filling
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan. Combine all ingredients except pie filling; beat well. Fold in pie filling.

Pour into pan. Bake 1 hour. Cake will be dark and very moist. Serve with cream or ice cream. Great warm!
