CHOCOLATE MALT BARS 
1/3 c. soft butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. instant malted milk powder
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. malted milk balls

Mix all ingredients except malted milk balls together well. Add the malted milk balls. Spread into a greased 9x9x2 pan. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. When cool, frost with chocolate frosting and sprinkle chopped malted milk balls on top.
