CHOCOLATE MALT CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
3/4 c. malt powder
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine crust ingredients. Pat firmly in bottom and 1/2" up the side of a 9" spring form pan; chill. To make filling, beat cream cheese until fluffy; add remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly. Pour into crust. Bake at 300 degrees for about 65 minutes or until filling shakes only slightly near center.
