MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
1 gallon popped corn
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Mix brown sugar, syrup, butter and salt. Bring to boil in microwave and continue boiling for 2 minutes. Remove and add soda. Put popped corn in 2 large grocery bags nested together and pour syrup over it and shake bag. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Take bag out and shake; do this 2 more times. Cool it on a cookie sheet. Store in sealed container.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
