3 cups finely chopped broccoli
1 cup chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 can-full mayonnaise (use empty soup can)
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Italian bread crumbs, for sprinkling
1 tbsp. butter, cut into pats

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Add broccoli and onion to large mixing bowl. Mix cream of mushroom soup with mayonnaise, fold into broccoli. Add in beaten eggs and cheddar cheese. Mix well.

Place in lightly sprayed casserole dish with PAM. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top, place a few pats of butter on top.

Bake covered at 375°F for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Enjoy!
