SPINACH SALAD AND DRESSING 
1-2 bags spinach
2 cans mandarin oranges
1/2-1 lb. bacon (or turkey bacon)
1-2 cans water chestnuts

DRESSING:

1 1/3 c. sugar
Juice of 2 lemons
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 pt. (2 c.) oil
1 med. onion

Mix dressing ingredients (using food processor works great); mix salad ingredients and toss with dressing immediately before serving.
