SPINACH SALAD WITH BACON
DRESSING
 
1 bunch spinach
8 oz. bacon
8 oz. mushrooms
3 hard-boiled eggs

DRESSING:

3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. grated onion

Mix in blender and slowly add 1 cup oil and stir in 1 tablespoon poppy seed.
