SPINACH, BACON & MUSHROOM SALAD 
1 lg. bunch (12 oz.) fresh spinach leaves, washed, drained & torn
3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
3/4 c. croutons
4 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
Black pepper to taste
3/4 c. prepared HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch Original Ranch salad dressing

In medium bowl combine spinach, mushrooms and bacon, toss. Top with croutons and eggs. Season with pepper. Pour salad dressing over all. Serves 6.
