1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 tsp. butter
1 c. sugar
3 slices cooked crumbled bacon
1 hard boiled egg, sliced
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh spinach, cleaned & torn into bite-size pieces

In saucepan, mix butter with sugar. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Add bacon and simmer 5-10 minutes. Serve over fresh spinach or other green salad.
