SPINACH & BACON SALAD 
6 bacon slices, diced
4 c. bite-size pieces raw spinach, about 8 oz.
2 c. bite-size pieces lettuce
2 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
1/2 c. prepared Italian salad dressing

Fry bacon until crisp; drain. Combine spinach and lettuce in salad bowl; sprinkle with bacon and chopped egg. Add dressing; toss lightly. Makes 6 cups, 6 servings.
