SALAD GREENS WITH BACON DRESSING 
4 c. salad greens (spinach, romaine, iceberg, lettuce)
8 slices bacon
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 or 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped (optional)
2 to 3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 to 2 tbsp. lemon juice

Place greens in a salad bowl. Add onions and green peppers. Cut bacon into small pieces and fry until crisp. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Let bacon fat cool slightly.

Add brown sugar and stir well. Add vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and garlic salt. Stir and pour over the greens. Toss gently. Garnish with bacon pieces and hard cooked eggs. Serves 6.
