FRESH SPINACH SALAD WITH KOREA
DRESSING
 
1 pkg. fresh spinach, washed
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
8 slices bacon, fried crisp & crumbled
1 equal amount lettuce, washed
Fresh bean sprouts or canned (drained)

Mix together. Add crumbled bacon at last minute to keep crisp.

KOREA DRESSING:

1 c. Wesson or Crisco oil
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/3 c. catsup
1 med. onion, chopped

Mix in blender.
