CHIPPED BEEF CREAM CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tbsp. milk
3 or 4 tbsp. horseradish
1 pkg. dried beef
1 bunch spring onions

Soften cream cheese in bowl. Mix together with milk and horseradish. Cut 1/2 of the chopped beef into tiny pieces, 1/2 of the spring onions, and mix together.

Form a ball. If too soft chill. Cut the other 1/2 of chipped beef and onions, and press into the surface of the ball. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers. Beat if made a day ahead.
