CHIPPED BEEF CHEESE BALLS | |
2 jars dried beef, chopped fine (food processor is great for this) 1 med. onion, minced 1 tsp. Accent of MSG (optional) 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened Set aside 1/3 of chipped beef. Add minced onions to cream cheese along with other ingredients. Shape into 2 balls and roll in remaining chipped beef (a bowl is good for this). The cheese balls can be frozen and used later. Serve with crackers. NOTE: These are fairly large balls, so you could make 3, but reserve a little more chipped beef to cover. |
