4 c. peeled, sliced apples
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, well beaten
3/4 c. salad oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. broken nuts

Mix apples and sugar in large bowl--let stand. Sift dry ingredients then mix with apples. Add eggs, oil, vanilla and nuts. Mix thoroughly. Pour into greased 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Makes 12 servings. MUST BE MIXED BY HAND.
