APPLE PECAN DESSERT 
1 egg
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped tart apples
Whipped cream

In medium bowl, beat eggs until light. Add flour, cinnamon, vanilla, sugar, salt and soda. Mix well. Fold in apples and pecans. Turn into greased 8 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until firm, and well browned. Serve warm or cool with whipped cream or ice cream.
