APPLE-PINEAPPLE SAUCE DESSERT 
SAUCE:

2 eggs, lightly beaten
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. flour
Juice of 1 orange
Juice of 1 lemon
Pinch of salt

APPLE BASE:

4 apples, peeled & chopped
2 sliced bananas
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. flaked coconut

To prepare sauce, combine sugar and flour, then add other ingredients. Cook over medium heat until thickens. Cool and store in refrigerator.

Mix ingredients for apple base together and stir into the sauce. Serve in individual dishes and top with whipped cream.
