1 lg. box Jello, any flavor
1 (20 oz.) can fruit cocktail
1 sm. box vanilla pudding
1 sm. container Cool Whip

Use glass bowl. Make Jello, let set. Drain fruit cocktail and spoon on top of Jello. Make pudding, instant or cooked, and pour on top of fruit. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle on chocolate chips or sprinkles.
