CRANBERRY JELLO MOLD 
1 lg. pkg. Jello - any red flavor
2 c. boiling water
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 can crushed pineapple
1 lg. apple, diced
1 can mandarin oranges or 1 lg. tangerine, seeded and diced
1/2 c. walnut pieces

1. Lightly coat Jello ring mold or Bundt pan with small dab of mayonnaise.

2. Dissolve Jello in large bowl with boiling water. Stir for 2 minutes.

3. Add cranberry sauce and stir until dissolved.

4. Add pineapple, then remainder of fruits and nuts.

5. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. To turn out onto platter; fill pot or bowl that is larger than mold, with hot water. Dip mold into it for 2 seconds. Place platter over top, and turn mold together with plate, over. Give a good hard shake and mold should slip out easily. If not, repeat from
