SECRET KISS COOKIES 
1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. walnuts, chopped fine
1 (5 3/4 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate kisses
Confectioners sugar

Beat butter, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add flour and nuts; beat on low speed until well blended. Chill dough. Remove foil from kisses. Using about 1 tablespoon dough. Shape around kiss, and roll to make a ball. Cover kiss completely. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes or until cookies are set but not brown. Cool slightly, remove to wire rack. While still warm, roll in confectioner sugar. Cool. Store in tightly covered container.
