SO - GOOD CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. size head cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. sized onion, chopped fine
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup, undiluted

Shred a head of cabbage rather coarsely. Saute hamburger and onion in a little butter, but do not brown. Season to taste. Put a layer of cabbage in bottom of casserole, then a layer of meat and onion until all is used up. End up with topping of 1 (10 ounce) can of undiluted tomato soup. Bake covered 1 hour or until done.
