CABBAGE ROLLS (POLISH STYLE) 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. rice
1 chopped onion
1 egg
Good size cabbage with lg. leaves
Salt and pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 lg. can tomato juice
1/2 c. ketchup

Gore out center of cabbage and cook for about 20 minutes. Cook and cool rice. Mix meat, chopped onion, salt, pepper, egg, and cooled rice. Separate cabbage leaves. Take a good handful of meat-rice mixture and roll up in a cabbage leaf. Secure with a toothpick.

When all meat is rolled up, take leftover leaves and line bottom of large roaster. Put in rolled up cabbage. Slice another onion and fry slightly; pour over the cabbage rolls. Now pour in tomato soup, tomato juice, ketchup, and about 2 cans of water. Cover roaster and place in oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350 degrees.
