SO GOOD CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
Shred 1 head of cabbage coarsely. Saute 1 pound of hamburger, 1 medium size chopped onion in butter until heated through, not browned. Season to taste. (I drain about half of grease.)

In bottom of casserole, put 1 layer of cabbage, spread meat mixture over it and finish with rest of cabbage. Pour over all 1 can of condensed tomato soup. Cover casserole and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until cabbage is tender.
